Our journey with Diane started when our daughter was suffering from extreme night terrors. She was so kind, genuine and professional that my very shy young daughter felt immediately comfortable with her. After a combination of Bowen therapy and bachflower/herbal drops, we have not had a single night terror. This along with improving health and well being to healing ailments has me incredibly grateful to have Diane work with our family – she’s most certainly changed our lives for the better.

I am a competitive athlete and Diane has always managed to holistically treat any injuries and sore muscles and had me back on my feet within a few days – much more quickly than physio or chiropractic treatment. KateI have found Bowen Therapy to be very beneficial to me over the years, especially when I was “on the tools”. Constantly bending over, and lifting will inevitably cause injuries and Bowen helps in the healing process, loosens tight muscles and keeps me more mobile. I also find Diane to be very caring and in tune with my body when she is treating me. I keep going back for treatment because it definitely works for me!!
IanOn October 2013 I dislocated my back (slipped disc) while attempting to move a heavy piece of furniture. I immediately saw my own doctor who gave me pain killers and sent me to a local physiotherapist. Recognising that any manipulation would not be possible he commenced a term of acupuncture. Over a three month period the procedure was approx. 85% successful and I was told that I would from now have a permanent weakness.
In February 2014 after a particularly painful period I took further medical advice and was referred to a Bowen Therapist by the name of Diane Johnson. She was known to my medical center as well as a physician colleague at the public hospital.
Being totally unfamiliar with this procedure and also a ‘mild’ sceptic; I arranged for a series of treatments. My initial enquiries showed me that the procedure is slowly becoming more widely acknowledged and accepted by the medical fraternity.
From the very onset our found Diane to be friendly, open and very willing to clearly explain the procedures she was about to introduce. She is highly professional and was quickly able to identify the most effective ways to repair my particular ‘injuries’. I was fully informed on each treatment.
Diane’s communications skills are excellent and she totally removed my apprehension with a result I am now well on the way to enjoying the active lifestyle that I have for the last 6 months been denied. She has a very gentle manner which instills confidence which in turn is clearly reflected in the clear, measureable progress being made with a somewhat difficult client.
While I am now greatly impressed with “Bowen Therapy” procedures, my own treatment was very much enhanced by the professionalism, skill, and manner shown by Diane. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
